Mr. Oyefeso is a Solicitor with special interests in Company and Commercial Law, Real Estate, Contracts,
Communication & Information (including information Technology) ,Energy & Mining law, Arbitration, Mediation &
Conciliation and Government Regulations Compliance.

Mr. Oyefeso also litigates before the Federal Courts in Abuja, concerning Municipal Laws of the Federal Capital
Territory, covering the Practice Areas of Administrative, Criminal and Constitutional Law, Electoral Law, and Real
Estate.

Mr. Oyefeso recently obtained a favorable judgment at the Federal High Court concerning the candidature of an
opposition party for the right to run as Governor of a State in the Oil Producing South-South Region of Nigeria. He
also obtained an acquittal in regards a Criminal Libel case, a charge that’s rarely brought in Nigeria. Mr Oyefeso
was on the Prosecution team led by Ibrahim Isiyaku, SAN on behalf of the Economic and Financial Crimes
Commission against James Ibori at the Federal High Court Asaba and Court of Appeal Benin Division. He is
also actively involved in defence of Accused persons both at the lower and higher courts of record in Abuja and
Bauchi state

Mr. Oyefeso is also a Chartered Mediator and Conciliator. He is also an Associate member of the Chartered
Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria. Mr. Oyefeso is an
Active Barman and has been secretary of the Abuja Bar Court Monitoring committee (2007/2008) and was
Secretary 2009 Law Week Planning Committee, Assistant Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association (Abuja
Branch) 2009/2010, Chairman of Abuja Branch 2011 Voters Registration Committee and member of the NBA
Abuja Disciplinary Committee. Mr. Oyefeso is also a Notary Public of Nigeria and present secretary of Abuja
branch of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators. He is an astute scholar per excellence and
participated in international trainings organized by UNITAR.
