Mr. Ademola is primarily a litigator. He has hands on litigation experience before the Federal Courts (Trial and
Appellate) and the State Courts (Trial) over a wide range of practice areas, ranging from Family, Human Rights and
Criminal to Maritime and Aviation, Oil and Gas, Employment, Banking and Contracts. He holds a masters in Energy
Law and Policy (with Distinction) from University of Dundee and has written articles on such matters as the
interpretation of Oil and Gas Contracts, Downstream Petroleum Regulation, Power Regulation, Letters of Credit, and
legal risk in project finance in Nigeria. He is also versed in commercial and investment arbitration as well as
alternative dispute resolution, as a trained mediator.

Mr. Ademola is also a Contributor to the Annual review of the Commercial Law Reports of Nigeria.
